Rabinowitz Leaves a Legacy in the Animal and Stuttering Communities

MEMPHIS, TN (Aug. 7, 2018) — It is with a heavy heart and immense sadness that the Stuttering Foundation announces the death of our longtime board member, spokesman and friend, Dr. Alan Rabinowitz. Dr. Rabinowitz tragically passed away on August 5 at a Manhattan hospital at age 64 after a lengthy battle with leukemia.

BOSTON (June 25, 2018) — Twenty speech-language pathologists from around the world were chosen to attend an intensive workshop on stuttering therapy.

Remembering Joe Fulcher

Joe FulcherMEMPHIS (Oct. 7, 2017) — It is with much sadness and a heavy heart that the Stuttering Foundation announces the passing of Joe Fulcher, an integral part of the Stuttering Foundation since 1984. Husband of Stuttering Foundation President, Jane Fraser, and son-in-law of its Founder, Malcolm Fraser, Joe passed away on October 6, 2017, after a brief illness.

The Michael Palin Centre for Stammering presented the 2017 Joe Fulcher Award to Chaye Foster on Dec. 13 in London. The award is named after Stuttering Foundation Board Member Joe Fulcher, who passed away on Oct. 6.
